Step One

Ofqual Teacher Qualification

Package One:

Gain your Ofqual-regulated VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) - a recognised teaching qualification that enables you to deliver training professionally and compliantly. It provides the foundation to plan and structure lessons effectively, assess learners fairly, and evidence teaching standards in line with UK expectations. This means you are not just selling courses - you are building a credible academy backed by an industry-recognised qualification, with clear progression for you and confidence for your learners.

Package Two or Three:

If you already hold an Ofqual-recognised teaching qualification (such as the VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent), you will not need to complete our teacher training package. Instead, at the onboarding stage, you must provide a copy of your teaching qualification certificate so we can verify your eligibility to deliver accredited training. Once this has been reviewed and approved, we can proceed with setting up your academy and accrediting the courses you plan to teach.
